ELUcert recognised as the first certification body in the SURE-EU system
09/12/2020 With the transmission of the provisional recognition decision on 1st of December 2020 the first certification body in the SURE-EU system can be welcomed with the ELUcert GmbH Umweltgutachter. ELUcert is an inspection organisation in Coesfeld, Germany, which has many years of experience with the certification according to Directive 2009/28/EU (RED I).

FIRST PILOT AUDITS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED
21/04/2020 SURE has made significant progress with the development of the certification system for the implementation of the EU Directive 2018/2001/EC. In recent months, approaches for the verification of the RED II criteria have been developed and successfully tested in practice together with companies and associations from agriculture and forestry, as well as with operators of biomass plants.
